Today I was with my meditation and yoga coach Isabella Soleil talking about mindfulness.

Isabella defines meditation as paying attention (on purpose and without judgment) and being emerged in that experience right now.

Most people live in a world of blue, yellow, and red and never see much more. To be mindful, she says you need to go beyond these three colors.

Science has shown that meditation can lower blood pressure and enhance health, as well as make you happier. If you can go back to a place of balance, you can start to experience the other colors and enjoy the moment.
