Should You Eat Carbs?; How To Grow Lean Muscle


Here’s a quick nutrition tip from my strength coach, Dan.

Dan says that you need to cycle your carbs if you want to see results. People go on lean diets for 12-16 weeks and about half way through the diet, they wonder why they’re not getting leaner. The way around this is to cycle your carbs by eating 3 days of low carbs and 1 day of high carbs.
