I read that The Rock wakes up at 4 in the morning and does cardio for an hour, I tried on myself and it doesn’t work as well.

Everyone has their own daily routine.

I like to break mine into separate parts.

Part 1) Knowledge and reading. What makes us humans different is that we have the ability of deep levels of knowledge.
Part 2) Do whatever is the hardest and most important thing you have to do.
