I just finished my training with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Rener Gracie.

He said that one of the main reasons why most people lose when they get into a fight is because they panic, and they’re not comfortable being uncomfortable.

In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, when someone’s on top of you, most people want to push them away, but you pull them closer.

It’s about doing the opposite.

When you’re under the most pressure, that’s when you should be the most excited because you’ll work the hardest.
